Striving for service excellence, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care for patients with or without a family physician. We cannot replace the invaluable work that a family physician can provide but we do hope our services will help bridge the gap.
Q: Are there any services that we don't provide?
A: We do not refill prescriptions for narcotics.
Q: Can I go to either location to receive follow-up care?
A: We prefer you go to the same location where you received care, however, if need be, we can always retrieve information from the other clinic.
Q: Once I register, can I leave and come back?
A: We allow our patients to register, leave, and come back without losing their spot in line.
Q: If I need a routine physical do I have to wait in line with everyone else?
A: Give us a call and we may be able to accommodate you.
Q: If I need a referral to a specialist, can I come to the clinic to get it?
A: We do not refill prescriptions for narcotics.

Q: If I don’t have a valid Ontario Health Card, can I be seen by the doctor?
A: You must provide a valid Ontario Health Card to be seen by the doctor. A fee of $50.00 will be charged in the absence of one.
